Born in Brooklyn, based in Manhattan, BUILTIN studio is a full-service design studio led by Gary Eisner and Terence Kinee along with studio directors Kyle Landau and Simon Babin.  They work across scales to seamlessly design and deliver high-end residential apartments, large-scale custom homes, and luxury commercial and hospitality projects.  The studio’s unique ability to tailor each project to the needs and specific visions of their clients allows for them to create nuanced designs that reflect their individuality.

Since its founding in 2008, emphasizing collaboration at every stage and making each project personal has been central to BUILTIN’s mission.  They maintain close relationships with builders, contractors, and artisans, and along with their extensive experience the studio ensures that projects are executed smoothly and with the highest degree of craftsmanship.  From budget to function and style, the studio designs every aspect of a project with the client, making each interaction as vibrant as the final product.  Their work, known for its thoughtful design, functionality, and technical precision, has been featured in Architectural Digest, The New York Times, and Dezeen among other publications, with current projects spanning New York City & surrounding areas, the Hamptons, and Miami.
