MIAMI BEACH RETREAT

A reconfiguration and update of a 1920’s Miami Beach cottage for a pair of friends from New York City, looking to create a winter vacation home and a foothold for their business expansion to Miami, this collaboration with Grisoro Studio was characterized by an embrace of the existing framework of the home, with a careful hand to elevate and update the materials and details, in concert with a reconfiguration of the bedroom suites to better suit the new shared use of the home.
